BON BONHEUR
ボンボヌール
Located on the 4th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, BON BONHEUR serves colorful French deli platters, liquid-nitrogen plated desserts, and afternoon tea in a bright salon setting.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Perched on the 4th floor of Ginza Mitsukoshi, BON BONHEUR is a French and dessert salon born from a collaboration between Shirokane confectionery house La Maison Shirokane and Lyon-based pastry chef Sébastien Bouillet. It offers an easy pause during a Ginza shopping outing, with menus that bridge refined pastry craftsmanship and classic bistro cooking.
The savory centerpiece is the Special French Assortment, which presents an array of small deli plates. Diners can tailor their meal by appetite, choosing from Légumes with 30 vegetable varieties, Saison highlighting meats and seafood, or Complet, which provides 8 deli dishes accompanied by seasonal soup and stone-baked rye bread. More substantial plates include a croque madame made with pain de campagne, béchamel, bacon, and aged prosciutto, as well as chewy linguine pasta.
Dessert is where the patisserie roots take center stage. The signature Sébastien Bouillet Special pairs cold and warm elements, finished tableside with liquid-nitrogen-chilled sorbet and meringue. For a longer sit-down, the reservation-only PREMIUM Afternoon Tea Set layers this signature creation alongside seasonal macarons, fruit jellies, croque monsieur, and quiche, served with free-flowing tea and coffee.
Smaller baked goods and cakes—including strawberry shortcake and Basque cheesecake—are also served alongside beverages for a lighter stop.
